The Gospel of Matthew, Mark, and Luke give us the account of when the Lord Jesus Christ visited Simon Peter’s house and found his mother-in-law very ill with a fever. She was so instantly healed, and grateful, that she began to minister to Jesus and all the guests. Jesus is now in the busy stage of his ministry as people spread the news of this miracle-man’s mighty works, as you could imagine it would be if such were to happen in our time.
